How is this different from tenant find only?

Tenant find sources and references a tenant. Full management continues after move-in, covering rent collection, inspections and maintenance.

Do you offer Rent Guarantee alongside this?

Yes — Rent Guarantee can be added to protect your rental income if a tenant falls into arrears.
