Fees depend on the property — get a free valuation and we'll give you a clear, no-obligation quote.

Am I responsible for rent collection once a tenant moves in?

Yes — with Tenant Find, you manage the tenancy yourself once the tenant has moved in. If you'd prefer this handled for you, our Full Management Service or Rent Collection service covers it.

Can I add an inventory or Rent Guarantee?

An inventory can be added, however Rent Guarantee is only available with our Managed Service. Speak to a member of the team to see if we can make this work for you.

How quickly can my property be let?

This depends on the property and local demand — we'll give you a realistic timeframe at valuation stage.
