With offices in Haywards Heath and Lewes, we cover East, Mid and West Sussex, and can add this service to an existing Tenant Find instruction at any point.

Rent handled, month after month

Monthly rent collection: Rent is collected from your tenant on the due date each month, without you chasing it yourself.
Arrears chasing: If a payment is late, we contact the tenant promptly and keep you informed at every stage.
Prompt transfer to you: Funds are transferred to your account as soon as they clear, minus our agreed fee.
Clear monthly statements: A written statement with every payment, so your records and accounts stay straightforward.
Rent assessment: We advise on the right rent for your property based on current local demand.
Annual rent reviews: We flag when a rent review is due and advise on a fair increase in line with the local market.
Deposit liaison: We can liaise with the deposit protection scheme if a dispute arises at the end of a tenancy.
Optional add-ons: Rent Guarantee and inventory services can be added alongside rent collection.

What happens if my tenant doesn't pay?

We chase the payment directly and keep you updated. If arrears continue, we advise on next steps — Rent Guarantee can also protect your income in this situation.

Can I add this to an existing Tenant Find instruction?

Yes — Rent Collection can be added at any point during a tenancy, not just at the start.

How quickly do I receive the rent?

Funds are transferred to you promptly once payment has cleared, along with a written statement.

Is this different from Full Management?

Yes — Rent Collection covers payments only. Full Management also includes inspections and repairs coordination.
